Payment
Discount Specialty Sports accepts Paypal, Money Order, Personal Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. All personal checks and Paypal eChecks must clear and Money Orders received before merchandise will be sent out. Money orders and checks must also be clearly marked with the order number.
If you would like to pay over the phone with a credit card please call us directly at 402-502-3434. If you use a credit card we must ship to your billing address. Due to fraud we do not waiver from this policy. We do have the right to refund or refuse shipment of ANY product.
Return and Exchange Policy
Because we value customer satisfaction, Discount Specialty Sports will accept returns on most merchandise for up to 14 days upon original receipt. Returned Merchandise must be unopened and returned in the same condition as it was received. You will be refunded your payment minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee once we inspect the product upon return. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the item. Please contact us from a Return Merchandise Authorization Number for all returns or exchanges.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color please call 402-502-3434 or email jbortol@gmail.com to set up arrangements for the exchange. In order to be exchanged, all merchandise has to be new and unopened. You will also be responsible for the shipping charges to and from our store regarding the exchanged merchandise.
There are no returns or exchanges on paintball markers whatsoever. All warranty issues must be resolved with the manufacturer.
Shipping Policy
All orders ship within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed by 2:30 pm CST ship same day. A tracking number will be provided with your order and Discount Specialty Sports is not responsible for shipping delays.
In the continental US you have the option of shipping your merchandise via UPS or USPS. Alaska and Hawaii residents please choose UPS 2 or 3 day select as this is the most reliable way to ship. Discount Specialty Sports will ship to APO, FPO, and PO Boxes via USPS.
Discount Specialty Sports will gladly ship outside of the United States but the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. If you would like to speak directly about an order outside of the US please email Julie at jbortol@gmail.com.
