What types of payments are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Money Orders, Personal Checks, and Paypal. You may contact our store at 402-502-3434 if you would be more comfortable with giving your credit card information over the phone.
Paypal eChecks and checks must clear before the merchandise is shipped out.
How fast will my order be shipped?
We ship 5 days a week Monday-Friday. All orders placed before 2:30PM CST ship the same day.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will be notified with a tracking number. Depending on the shipping service, orders may be tracked via usps.com or ups.com
What do I do if my gun or gear breaks?
All warranties must go through the manufacturers. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have about anything purchased from our store and help as much as we can. If the product is defective straight out of the box please refer to our return policy. For extended warranties with VICIOUS markers DSS will fix those directly after the first year.
What is DSS’ return policy?
Because we value customer satisfaction, Discount Specialty Sports will accept returns on certain merchandise for up to 14 days upon original receipt. Returned Merchandise must be unopened and returned in the same condition as it was received. We do not accept returns on paintball markers. Once the returned item is received, you will be refunded your payment minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee once we inspect the product. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the item.
Does DSS have a sponsorship program?
